How do I cancel the account when using Google to authenticate it?
I can't cancel the account, because I am using Google to authenticate my account
If you can't cancel the account, because you were using Google to authenticate your account, you can use the Forgot Password option and create a new password.
You can do it as follows:
- Go to this login page.
https://app.livewebinar.com/auth/login#
Use the email to which you have an account with LiveWebinar
- Click Forgot Password
- Go to the mailbox of this email from above
An email will come to your inbox with a link to set a new password
You can log in with your new password.
And then to successfully cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:
Go to your profile (right upper corner) and select billing. In subscription details you will find three dots. There is an option to cancel your subscription. It must be confirmed with your account password.
Provide the following information in order to proceed with your cancellation.
