FAQ -> Forms -> How to embed a webinar registration form on my website?
How to embed a webinar registration form on my website?
What is form embedding?
In the details of each form, there is a simple code available that can be pasted onto your website to embed the form there. Some embedding code options can also be customized to suit your needs (e.g., the size of the form).
By embedding the registration form on our website, we have the opportunity to conduct registrations directly under our own domain. If you have previously assigned a registration form to your room, it will be visible to meeting participants. Once filled out, the participant will be able to join the event. Room embedding is a feature available in every paid LiveWebinar plan.
Please note that form embedding will only work for forms with registration enabled. You can read about how to enable registration here.
Where to get the code:
1. Log in to your LiveWebinar dashboard and go to the "Registration" section in the side panel. Choose "Forms".
2. Choose the registration form you'd like to embed, or create a new one. Then, navigate to the form's details menu by clicking on the three dots next to it and select the "Embed" option.
3. Copy the code and paste it into your HTML page and check the results.
4. You can link the embed code to the chosen registration form. If the form is connected to several events, you can create a special code to gather data for just one specific event. If you don’t choose an event, the data collected won’t be tied to any particular event.
