How to integrate SendFox with LiveWebinar?
To integrate your email automation solution with our platform, go to “Integrations” in the user panel and choose “Marketing Automation”.
Choose your e-mail automation solution from the list and fill in the needed information. In most cases, it will be the API key/secret or access token that you have to generate in your marketing automation platform and paste into the right fields in your LiveWebinar account.
After you save the integration with a particular 3rd party platform, you will be able to connect your registration form to this solution.
SendFox
Choose SendFox from the List of Available Integrations
Log in to your LiveWebinar account.
Navigate to the Integrations section.
From the list of available integrations, select SendFox.
Create a New Personal Access Token at SendFox
Visit SendFox OAuth page.
Log in to your SendFox account if prompted.
Click on the option to create a new Personal Access Token.
Name the Personal Access Token and Copy It
Enter a name for your Personal Access Token (e.g., "LiveWebinar Integration").
After naming it, click to generate the token.
Copy the generated Personal Access Token to your clipboard.
Paste the Personal Access Token into LiveWebinar
Return to the LiveWebinar Integrations page.
Paste the copied Personal Access Token into the provided field for SendFox.
Click the Save button to store your token and complete the connection.
Configure SendFox Integration During Event Creation
When creating a new event in LiveWebinar, add a registration form.
Enable the marketing automation integration.
Configure it by selecting SendFox as your provider.
Choose the list where you want to send the contacts collected during the webinar.
Match the fields if needed. Click the Save button to finalize your settings.
By following these steps, you can successfully integrate SendFox with LiveWebinar, enhancing your ability to manage webinar registrations and automate your marketing processes.
