What is a Friendly Room URL?
This feature lets you streamline and customize your webinar and online meeting room link. Instead of a long, complex URL full of random characters, a Friendly Room URL lets you create a shorter, more memorable web address.
A Friendly Room URL can also give attendees an idea of what the webinar is about. It's easier to type, read, and looks better than a typical URL filled with numbers and letters, making it more suitable for sharing on websites or social media.
How to set a Friendly Room URL?
- First, you need to create an event.
- Then give it a name of your choice. You can change the default URL in the field underneath.
- Schedule your event. In the Room Details section you can see the links and copy them.
