When preparing the registration form, you want to add fields like first and last name. How to do it correctly so they appear in the webinar room? To make sure the first and last names are visible, create the following fields in the form:
- First Name (using the Participant First Name element from the sidebar)
- Last Name (using the Participant Last Name element from the sidebar).
NOTE: You can't create the first and last name fields using another element, like Text, as it won't display correctly in the room. The used elements will be grayed out.

Then add the participant's last name - all four elements should be grayed out.
