How to use a Vote Manager?

Vote Manager is a feature that allows hosts to create polls and surveys during a webinar. This tool helps engage the audience by inviting them to respond to questions in real-time. It's great for collecting instant feedback and understanding audience opinions. Hosts can see and discuss the poll results live, which can guide the webinar's direction and enhance discussion.

To use the Vote Manager function, first create an event and enter the webinar room. In the left side navbar, you'll see the option "Vote Manager." Select it.

Once you do this, a window will appear where you can adjust the settings to meet your requirements.

  1. Question - here you can type your question
  2. Answers - can be default (Yes/No) or your own if you enable “Use custom answers”
  3. Placement - the survey can be displayed in the Footer of Global layout or Footer of Participant list 
  4. Activate - clicking on it will activate the survey

PLACEMENT

You can choose between two placements of your footer for voting.

a) Footer of the global layout

b) Footer of participant list
